Once a project is awarded, all stakeholders will be invited to the project via ProCore, enabling everyone involved to monitor submittals, approvals, and requests for information (RFIs). Additionally, all design drawings, including any revisions and sketches issued by the design team, will be readily accessible. This system ensures full transparency and allows us to meticulously track and manage every detail of the project.

Our management team closely monitors the construction process which includes:

– Weekly site meetings with all subcontractors, ensuring proper coordination and staying ahead and on top of any potential issues.

– Frequent site visits and walkthroughs

– Weekly meetings with the owner and design team with detailed meeting minutes provided by our team to review current progress of the project, as well as projected milestones.

As we approach the substantial completion mark of your project, we begin the close-out process, which includes final inspections, as well as receival, completion and sign-offs of the punch lists by the design team.
